The hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs with a short walking distance to the train station and bus interchange. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the attention to detail is commendable, catering to families with children. the staff is polite, helpful, and accommodating with early check-ins and additional requests for pillows and towels. Guests can enjoy a relaxing mineral hot tub and take in the views of the surrounding area.
It would have been better if there were more English language resources like taxi numbers, emergency contacts, and breakfast menus readily available.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. First, the room was incredibly spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even communicated with me before my arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spotless, with a large and comfortable bed, and thick blackout blinds that ensured a restful sleep. And let's not forget about the highlight of our stay – the huge and luxurious hot tub. It was the perfect temperature and provided the ultimate relaxation after a long day. this hotel provided excellent value for money and offered a fabulous experience.
While there were a few minor issues, they didn't affect our overall experience.

The view from the room was stunning and the hot spring was very relaxing. We were able to adjust the temperature of the water to our liking and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The soundproofing in the room was terrible and we could hear noise from surrounding rooms. We also noticed a strange odor coming from the fridge and the bathtub design was uncomfortable.

The private hot spring was just what we were looking for. We also loved the amazing view of the mountains. the location was very convenient with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
The noise during the drainage of the bath in other rooms disturbed us a lot. , the shower space was too narrow and made us uncomfortable.
